Notes about WCU Ship-pack meshes

  • Note 1: “hq” versions recommended, when available (“hq”==high quality; “aq”==“acceptable …” (really?) ).
  • Note 2: Don't expect much; these meshes may be good as a “starting poing” for your modelling.
  • Note 3: Blender's importer may have trouble with infinities; just open the .mtl file with a text editor and replace instances of “Ns 1.#INF” with “Ns 20.0” or “Ns 100.0” or wherabouts. (Ns is the “shininess” of the material –i.e.: how tight are the specular spots from reflected lights; your modelling tool might ignore the parameter altogether, anyhow.)
  • Note 4: WCU's lead developer, Spiritplumber, collected these meshes from sources too numerous to list, and the meshes have no accompanying notes about their origins. If you know the sources of any of them, please let us know so we can give credit where it may be due. Thanks in advance.
