The kilrathi fleet sent to attack McAuliffe in 2634 consisted of 5 carriers, possibly 10 battleships, possibly 30 cruisers. This is judging from the standard fleet as reported by Speedwell to Banbridge (1 carrier, 2 battleships, 6 cruisers) and multiplying by five. One of the carriers is lost at a jump point, leaving only four. Anyhow, these are the carriers we're talking about, here, whose class is never mentioned.
We know that the carriers launched all their fighters and bombers as soon as the emerged from the jump point into the McAuliffe system, to deal a devastating attack on the base. According to Valerie Olson,
