The fact that Minotaurs were at a ground base with a strip would seem to indicate they are atmo capable fighters. That means, probably more aerodynamic than the Pioneer concept below, IMHO (Monk). I would think of them as large delta wing craft, about the size of a 20th Century Concorde, but ramjet ground-to-orbit capable.
