• She's NOT militia or Confed. If she was, she wouldn't have so much trouble finding pilots to work for her.

• Obviously she's not a mercenary, or else she would not be doing missions against mercs.

• She's not even a sub-contractor. If she was, she'd benefit from the chaos created by pirates and retros and a guy such as Menesch. But she says that Menesch is “a thorn on her side”.
